How to make these easy cute Christmas trees!
Ingredients;
- 6 cups of rice krispies
- 2 big bags of marshmallows
- A few packets of smarties
- Green food dye
Equipment:
- A big pan
- A wooden spoon
- 2 metal forks
- Baking paper
Method:
- Heat a little bit of butter on low heat.
- Stir in the marshmallows until they look like this:
- Turn the heat off and stir gently
- Add in the rice krispies and mix them together until well coated
- Pour the green dye into the rice krispies and marshmallows (depending on how green you want them you might need to use more green dye.)
- Using baking paper make small cones and sellotape the cones shut
- Spoon in the mixture and add some smarties (for baubles.)
- Leave them to cool in the fridge overnight
- Carefully peel the paper away to reveal your trees!
